We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, digital, and marketing support remotely. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and supporting day-to-day operations, social media, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement. This role requires strong digital literacy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and daily administrative tasks.
Provide professional customer service and handle client communications across email, social media, and other channels.
Conduct data entry, research, and compile reports or summaries.
Assist with task management and workflow coordination using project management tools.
Plan, schedule, and manage social media content to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
Maintain and update CRM systems and client records.
Track and analyze customer engagement and provide insights for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Identify areas for process improvement and proactively suggest solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and digital collaboration tools.
Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion).
Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Experience using social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
