We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Creative Designer to support visual, branding, and digital design needs across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, solid digital literacy, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling content. This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, and initiative to contribute to branding, communications, and ongoing creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging visual assets for digital and print use, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, business cards, and promotional content.
Develop creative concepts and visuals that align with brand identity and project objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and platforms.
Design and maintain UI/UX elements for websites and digital products, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user experience.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support digital product development.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative and user-focused solutions.
Edit, refine, and optimize designs based on feedback and performance goals.
Create visual content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Conduct creative and visual research, mood boards, and concept development for campaigns and products.
Organize and maintain design files, assets, and creative libraries.
Contribute innovative ideas to branding initiatives, UI/UX improvements, and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
Good understanding of UI/UX design principles, user journeys, and responsive design.
Strong attention to detail with a high standard of visual quality.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with social media design, digital marketing assets, and basic web design principles (preferred).
Portfolio showcasing creative design, business card design, and UI/UX work (preferred).
