We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in administrative, creative, and digital tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, content creation, and social media skills, with the ability to support marketing initiatives and customer engagement. This role requires a balance of professionalism, creativity, and initiative to assist with day-to-day operations, communications, and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily administrative tasks.
Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and other written communications.
Create engaging written and visual content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Plan, schedule, and manage social media content to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer outreach.
Conduct research on various topics, compile findings, and prepare summaries or presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients professionally and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and support engagement across social media and digital channels.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Provide creative input and support for projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
Proficient in digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, or similar).
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Experience with customer engagement and online community management (preferred).
